  • 1 puff of salt

Preparation mode

  1. Cut the cabbage into very thin slices and wash thoroughly. Cut the pineapple into small pieces and mix with the cabbage.
  2. Add mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, cream and salt.
  3. Mix the ingredients well, until combined with the cabbage and pineapple.
  4. Put it in the fridge and let it cool.
  5. Before serving the salad, stir again.



  • 1 small cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 2 eggs (2 yolks and 2 whites)

  7. In a bowl, place the cabbage and mix with the white sauce.
  8. Add the egg whites and stir gently. Butter a baking dish and add this mixture.
  9. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake over a preheated fire, until golden. Serves right away.
