3) RED DELICIOUS or ARGENTINA – Originally from the USA, it is an apple with a light flavor, without any acidity, which can be best consumed in Brazil from September to December. A great ingredient for jellies, pies and sweets, but it’s also used natural in salads. With a larger format and an intense red color, its pulp is golden and more “floury”.
