Canned mushrooms, on the other hand, can be used in risottos, stroganoffs and even as an accompaniment to dishes made with beef. However, a key tip: canned mushrooms carry much more sodium than those purchased fresh . That’s why it’s important when you’re at the supermarket to look at the label and choose the product that has less sodium.

Also, when using the mushrooms, it is highly recommended that it be washed well. This will allow the part of sodium that has not yet been absorbed by the food to be dispensed with and, therefore, reduce the impacts of consuming the product on the body.

Another very common dish that serves for several foods is the mushroom sauce. And it doesn’t take much to do it. Just have a glass of mushrooms, half chopped or grated onion, oil to brown, half a tablet of chicken stock, a box of cream, a small dose of white wine, ground white or black pepper and basic seasoning to taste.
