The offer of seedlings is large and the price can vary a lot, especially due to the size of the seedling. On average, you will pay from R$10.00 for the plant. In the case of the giant coconut tree, each plant has the capacity to produce between 40 and 60 pieces per year, while the dwarf coconut tree yields from 150 to 200 fruits annually.

You know you pay dearly when you want to cool off with coconut water on the beach. However, in the country’s markets and fairs, the price is much lower. Depending on the quantity purchased and the location, each coconut can be sold for R$1.50, which is quite worth it, since each unit can have half a liter of water and the pulp can also be used.
