900 grams of canoe-shaped asterix potatoes

50 grams of melted butter

3 chopped garlic cloves

1 teaspoon of salt

1 lemon juice

2 scoops of grated fresh Parmesan cheese

Preheat your oven to 180°C, place the cut potatoes in a large baking dish, in a medium container, mix the butter, garlic, salt and lemon juice, pour everything over the potatoes and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese grated. Bake for about 30 minutes with aluminum foil, after this time remove the aluminum foil and let it bake for another 10 minutes so that they are browned.

Ingredients

1 kilo of asterix potato

2 liters of water

Wash the potatoes well, peel and cut them into sticks. Boil the cut potatoes in salted water. It is important to pay attention: when the water starts to boil, count for another 5 minutes and turn off the heat. Drain the potatoes and wash them under running water until cool. Place the chopsticks in a rectangular shape with a stretched plastic bag, spread them so that they are a little close together, so they won’t stick together. Freeze for approximately 24 hours. After this period, fry in hot oil. The potatoes will be dry and very tasty.

Baked asterix potato salad

Potato salad is a typical food in our country. When we use asterix potato, it is even tastier! Below, we’ll learn how to use boiled potatoes in a delicious salad.

Ingredients

900 grams of well-washed asterix potatoes

5 eggs

1 chopped onion

2 cups of mayonnaise

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the potatoes in a salted container for approximately 15 minutes. Drain the water and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cook the eggs and then let it sit for 15 minutes. Peel and chop the eggs already cooked. Cut the potatoes with the jacket and pour into a large container. Add eggs and onion, add mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate and serve when colder. Asterix potato salad, as it contains mayonnaise, does not last for many days, we must pay attention to this.
